In this case study, we spoke with Rolf Andres from RA BA Trust about how his team uses timeBuzzer in their daily work and what tips he has for getting started.
What do you do, and why do you track your time?
We are a small trust company in Switzerland. Our services include accounting, annual financial statements, and tax returns.
Since we bill our clients based on the actual hours worked, we track our time per client. This allows us to clearly document the effort for each customer and provide transparent proof of the work performed.
What has improved since using timeBuzzer?
With timeBuzzer, we can easily record the effort spent for each client, even when working as a team. This allows us to bill our services more accurately based on the actual work performed.
We don’t necessarily spend less time on the work itself, but our invoicing has become more accurate, and we forget less. The physical button with its rotation function makes switching between projects quick and easy.
What tips do you have for others getting started with timeBuzzer?
The setup is very simple. After a short time, it becomes a natural part of your workflow!
