The initial connection between timeBuzzer and Lexware Office is simple:

  1. Log in to your timeBuzzer account
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Lexware Office
  3. Click “Connect to Lexware Office” (redirects to Lexware Office)
  4. Enter your Lexware Office login details
  5. Click “Allow access” to connect timeBuzzer to Lexware Office

Lexware Office is designed for small businesses or freelancers with approximately 15-20 incoming invoices and 100 outgoing invoices per month.
Lexware Office is a cloud-based application that is operated in a German high-security data center. Therefore, all you need is a PC or Mac with internet access, and nothing needs to be installed. Lexware Office can be used with any modern browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer version 10 or higher. In your own interest, please ensure that you are always using the latest versions.

Since Lexware Office is a web-based online solution, you can of course access Lexware Office from any device with an internet connection.

Lexware Office has an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface, allowing you to do all your accounting yourself without any prior knowledge. If you still have questions about specific functions or would like training on Lexware Office, you will find various help options on the Lexware Office service page. Go to the service page (German)

With Lexware Office, you always work with the latest version automatically. Lexware Office is continuously being developed, and adjustments and updates are automatically installed at short service intervals. You usually won’t notice anything. You will, of course, be informed about the content and nature of the changes.

Lexware Office sets the highest standards when it comes to the security of your data! Your data is stored in a German high-security data center that is certified according to the strictest guidelines. A full backup of your data is performed once a day.

Lexware Office includes the standard account frameworks SKR 03 and 04.
