In this case study, we asked Alexander Polster about the outcomes he achieved after introducing timeBuzzer — and what tips he has for you.
Why do you record your time?
I’m self-employed on a part-time basis and work with WordPress. For those projects I track my time. This keeps things fair for both me and my clients.
What has changed for the better since you started using timeBuzzer?
I see timeBuzzer as a kind of logbook, where I can briefly and precisely record what I did, when I did it, and for which project.
I had tested many time tracking tools before, but in my opinion, timeBuzzer in combination with the hardware buzzer is the best solution. It’s like a physical money button 😉
What tips do you have for others?
I’ve had a good experience using a three-layer structure, which I adopted right from the start. It’s also great when the whole team uses timeBuzzer — you can see exactly who did what, when, and where.
