In this case study, we asked Christian Euler from HOCH3 GmbH about the outcomes they achieved after introducing timeBuzzer — and what tips he has for you.
Why do you track your time?
At HOCH3 GmbH, we are an architecture and engineering office. We use time tracking for project controlling and accurate working time accounting.
What has improved since you started using timeBuzzer?
Our time tracking has become much more precise, with fewer idle hours and fewer estimates. Roughly speaking, we save about 3–4 hours per employee per week. We also tend to bill more — around 10% — because we can now record activities more accurately for invoicing.
What tips do you have for others?
We rolled out timeBuzzer very quickly — in just under a month, including a one-week test phase for troubleshooting. The hardware buzzer on the desk was especially convincing for us. Our layer structure is clearly defined: client, project, and activities. This clarity helps keep things organized and easy to manage.
