- Log in to your timeBuzzer account
- Go to Settings > Integrations > orgaMAX
- Click Connect (redirects to orgaMAX)
- Activate timeBuzzer extension in orgaMAX
- Click “Open extension” (Redirects back to timeBuzzer)

orgaMAX Buchhaltung is the cloud office suite from deltra Business Software in Detmold. Write invoices and quotes, capture receipts with text recognition, connect your bank account, and prepare VAT returns and EÜR ready for ELSTER and DATEV. E-invoicing in ZUGFeRD is included in every plan and switches on automatically for business customers. Higher plans add automatic dunning, partial and collective invoicing, and interfaces to Amazon, eBay, and Shopify for online sellers.

Which orgaMAX product does the integration work with?
The integration is built for orgaMAX Buchhaltung, the cloud product available in the browser and via the iOS and Android apps. deltra also sells orgaMAX ERP, a separate product line for medium-sized businesses. Both products are not compatible with each other and orgaMAX ERP is not covered by this integration.

What software or hardware do I need?

Why should I use timeBuzzer instead of the built in time tracking?
orgaMAX offers time tracking as a paid add-on for 10 € per month. It lets you record hours, invoice them, and set an hourly rate per customer. For daily use across desktop, mobile, and a physical Buzzer on your desk, timeBuzzer replaces this add-on with a purpose-built time tracking system.
What software or hardware do I need?

Is orgaMAX GoBD compliant?
Yes. orgaMAX stores documents in a GoBD-compliant way, supports the VAT return via ELSTER, and exports to DATEV.
Can orgaMAX create e-invoices?
Yes. orgaMAX creates and receives e-invoices in the ZUGFeRD format in all plans. Invoices to business customers are automatically issued as ZUGFeRD, invoices to private customers are not, since the B2B e-invoicing obligation does not apply there.
Is my data secure?
orgaMAX is made in Germany and follows the requirements of the GDPR. Backups and encrypted transmission are part of the service.
