I can’t see a specific tile (customer, project or task)

It might just not have synced yet.

  • On desktop: Click on the sync icon to perform a manual sync.
  • On mobile: Try refreshing your data by pulling down on the Timer page to perform a manual sync.

Still not seeing it?

  1. Make sure you have an internet connection.
  2. Make sure you’ve actually been assigned to that specific tile. If you’re not assigned to it, you won’t see it — that’s normal. Learn more about member assignment.
