Information about shipping costs and delivery times for the hardware.
Shipping costs #
Shipping costs for hardware purchases are as follows:
- Within Germany: 4.50 EUR
- Within EU: 7.50 EUR
- All other countries: 9.50 EUR
There are no shipping costs for the software (digital good).
Countries & Delivery times #
Once we have received your payment, your parcel will usually be dispatched the same day or the next day, except at weekends.
We ship internationally (with DHL and their partners) to all countries. Shipping times are usually as follows:
- Within Germany: 1-3 days
- Within EU: 3-5 days
- All other countries: 5-14 days
Important Note: When paying by SEPA direct debit, it can take up to 14 days for us to receive the notification on the success or failure of a payment after we initiate a debit from your account, though the average is 7 to 8 business days.
For the fastest possible shipping, we recommend that you pay by credit/debit card or Paypal.
How can I change my shipping address? #
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make a change if the package has not yet been prepared for shipment by our logistics partner.
If it has already been dispatched, unfortunately we can no longer change the delivery address.
In this case, you have two options:
- You place another order with the correct address. We will refund your first order as soon as your package has been returned to us (because it could not be delivered)
- You wait until the package has been returned to us. We will send it again to your correct address.
If you wish to change your delivery address for future purchases, you can always change the address during the order process or in your billing settings.

- Go to “Account“
- Go to “Manage billing & invoices”
- Go to “Addresses”
- Edit your shipping address
- Click “Save address”
