In this article you will learn how to manage your timeBuzzer subscription.

How do I upgrade to Pro? #

If you want to upgrade your account to Pro, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the web console
  2. Go to “Account
  3. Select quantity and add seats to cart
  4. Go to checkout
  5. Fill up your payment information
  6. Place order

How to add more member seats? #

Each active member in a timeBuzzer Pro account requires one seat. If you have more active members than seats, Pro features will be temporarily disabled. We recommend to pay for additional seats in advance if you plan to add more members.

Example: If you use timeBuzzer with 5 team members, you have probably already purchased 5 seats. If you want to use timeBuzzer with 8 team members from now on, simply buy 3 more seats.

  1. Log in to the web console
  2. Go to “Account
  3. Select quantity and add the additional seats to the cart
  4. Go to checkout
  5. Fill up your payment information
  6. Place order

If you want to replace a team member with another, you can simply set the departing team member to “inactive”. This will prevent him from logging in and will free a seat for a new team member.

What payment methods are available? #

You can purchase timeBuzzer with any major credit card, SEPA Direct Debit or PayPal. Please understand that we offer purchase on account only from 25+ seats, with annual billing. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription? #

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to the web console
  2. Go to “Account
  3. Click on “Manage billing & invoices”
  4. Click “View” subscription
  5. Click “Cancel”
  6. Done

You can always cancel your subscription. You will have full access until the end of the billing cycle.

Is there a notice period? #

No, you can cancel at any time to stop our service from renewing. If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period based on your subscription (monthly or annualy).

Do you offer refunds? #

We do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our hardware if you are not satisfied.

However, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions as we offer free trials instead. We recommend using the free trial to test our system before committing to a subscription.

If you are still unsure after the trial, please contact our support to discuss any questions or, for flexibility, opt for a monthly subscription. This allows you to cancel at the end of each month.

Once you are confident that the software is a great fit, you can choose to pay annually upfront and receive a 20% discount (2 months free).

If you are charged due to a system error, we will of course refund your money.

What happens with my data if I cancel my subscription? #

If you cancel, all data will be retained, but the associated data for the paid functions will be hidden. If you decide to upgrade to the paid plan at some point in the future, the data will become visible again.
